A: No. Due to technical reasons, we are unable to provide this service at this time. We suggest that you forward your Dmail account to another email account you check regularly.
Q: Can I change my DMail address?
A: No. We are not able to customize DMail addresses.Q: Can I opt out of the DMail program?
A: No. This will be the email address used for all official Denver Seminary correspondence.Q: Can I forward my DMail email to another email account?
A: Yes. You can easily configure this through Google Gmail settings.Q: I'm having trouble getting my mail to forward. How do I do that?
A: After logging into your account, click on "Settings" in the upper right hand corner. After this opens, click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. Near the top of this tab is the forwarding option. Enable forwarding by clicking the circle and inputting your email address in the box provided. You also have the option of keeping the mail in your DMail account, archiving it, or deleting it. Once you have completed these steps, click "Save Changes" at the bottom.
Q: Can I login to my Dmail account using the regular Google

A: No, you must use the web link provided as this allows us
to use your same password as Moodle and the computer lab
Q: Is DMail free to me?
A: Yes. There is no charge for a DMail email account. You do have to be a registered student with Denver Seminary.Q: How long can I keep my DMail email account?
A: Current registered students receive an email account and, while accounts will be deactivated after a period of inactivity, that time is undecided. Q: Is my DMail account just for Denver Seminary communications?
A: No. You may use your DMail account as you would any personal email account. You also have access to other Google Apps features like calendar, chat, and docs.
